Are all urns really handmade?

All our ceramic urns are handmade using the finest materials.

How do I fill an urn?

Filling a cremation urn is a very simple procedure and can be done at home. However, some may find this an emotionally daunting process. If this is the case, most funeral homes will perform this service for you at no charge. It may also be helpful to call on a friend or family member to help out throughout this process.

All our urns are delivered with step-by-step instructions.

Do you offer a free urn filling service?

Yes we do.
If you'd like us to (help) fill the urn we offer this as a free service on our premises in St Kilda, Victoria.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver Australia wide, as long as Australia Post delivers to your address. For remote locations, expect the shipping times to be longer.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Our products are shipped with Australia Post and you're required to sign upon delivery. This ensures that your purchase arrives safely and securely.

Can I track my delivery?

Once you've shipped your product, we will send you an email containing the tracking information.
If you have any questions on the location of your product, it is advised to first contact Australia Post.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes you can.
On checkout, simply select the local pick-up option and we'll contact you once your urn is ready to pick up.

Note that this can take 7-14 days, depending on your order.
